Ashland County Community Foundation Citizenship Development Program Grant
An ACCF McKinley Citizenship Development Program Grant will fund the C.E. Budd School's Plan for Responsible Citizenship Development.  Retired Juvenile and Probate Court Judge McKinley established this fund to honor the memory of his late wife.  The purpose of the fund is to encourage schools in Ashland County to initiate citizenship development programs in the middle grades. Mrs. Lisa Gonzalez, Mrs. Catherine Puster and Mrs. Beth Ring wrote the grant-winning proposal.
