A lot of scholarship applications require one or more Letters of Recommendation. By completing the Profile Form below, you can help the letter writer be well-prepared by having much of the needed information at hand.
The form is fill and print. After completing the Profile Form, save it to your student folder and email to colorprint@lpschools.net. When it is printed, you will receive an email to pick it up in the tech office.
