"You're-In Town"

Loudonville High School students have been rehearsing for the spring musical, “You’re-In Town”, to be held March 15-18 at the Ohio Theatre in Loudonville.

The cast of 27 actors and actresses hopes to provide an enjoyable performance of a story that takes place in a future world, where a 20-year drought has caused a terrible water shortage and has created a government enforced ban on private toilets.  All restroom activities are done in public amenities controlled by a single, evil corporation that profits by charging admission for one of humanity’s most basic needs.  That is until one hero decides to take charge.

The show takes a hilarious yet critical look at the state of the environment and provides a cautionary tale of the dangers of too much consumption, making the audience aware that it truly is a privilege to use private restrooms when so much of the world does not have that privilege and it could be non-existent in the future.

Under the direction of Mrs. Marissa Burd, show time will be 7:00pm on March 15, 16, and 17.  Show time for March 18 is 2:00pm.  The musical is appropriate for all ages.
