Strategic Planning for the Future of Loudonville-Perrysville Schools

Loudonville-Perrysville Schools is launching a strategic planning process to help shape the future of our district and guide priorities over the next three to five years.

Strategic planning allows the district to thoughtfully prepare for the future by building on our strengths, addressing challenges, and aligning priorities with the needs and expectations of the community. This process helps us:

  • Align district goals with community priorities

  • Identify key initiatives and measurable objectives for the coming years

  • Make informed decisions about resources, programs, and facilities

  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and progress tracking

Most importantly, it keeps student success at the center of every decision and ensures we continue planning responsibly for the future.

Over the next several months, Loudonville-Perrysville Schools will follow a structured planning process that includes gathering feedback, analyzing priorities, and developing long-term goals.

Tentative Timeline:

  • March-April: Collect input from students, staff, families, and community members through surveys, focus groups and conversations

  • May-June: Review district data, assess current initiatives, and identify priorities

  • June-July: Draft and finalize the Strategic Plan

  • July: Present the final plan to the Board of Education for approval

The final plan will serve as a living document, a tangible tool for setting goals, tracking progress, measuring outcomes, and maintaining accountability. It will guide the work of our schools and leadership every day.
