Celebrating Youth Art Month with Talent and Creativity! 🌟🎨
We’re thrilled to congratulate two of our talented young artists, Abram and Killian!
Last month, their artwork was displayed at the Ashland Archer Auditorium at Ashland City Schools. Thanks to a generous local sponsor, their pieces will remain on display in a local business for a year before being returned to us for another year of inspiration!
Abram, a 3rd grader this year, crafted his piece "The Flag" last year as a 2nd grader. Killian, now in 4th grade, created his artwork "The Ukulele" while he was in 3rd grade.
And, a special shout out to art teacher, Mrs. Hinkle, for nurturing their creativity and helping them shine!

The proposed project is estimated at $69,204,575. Approximately 29% of this total, or $15.5 million, will be funded by the state. Additionally, the district will contribute $2.5 million from its Construction and Renovation Fund and secure $10 million through Certificate of Participation loans. These loans will leverage $970,000 in annual revenue generated from property tax reappraisals. Combined, the state and the district contribution will fund 41% of the overall costs. The remaining local share of $41 million will be financed through a combination of a 6.62 mill property tax and a 0.25% income tax levy.
