Registration for 2026-27 kindergarten students in the Loudonville-Perrysville School District will begin Monday, February 23, 2026. Your child must be 5 years old on or before the district's first day of school for the 2026-27 school year (August 18th, 2026), to enter kindergarten. To help guide you through the process please read the following information.
The first and most important step is to complete the Final Forms registration. Please be sure that you are registering for the 2026-2027 school year. For instructions to complete Final Forms, click HERE.
After completing Final Forms, contact Tia Bowman, Enrollment Coordinator, at 419-994-3912, option 4 to schedule an appointment to complete the enrollment process. Be sure to bring the following documents to your appointment as required by state law.
Child's birth certificate
Child's immunization record
Your state ID or driver's license
Current proof of residency (rental agreement or utility bill)
A complete copy of adoption or custody documents, if applicable
Your child must also have a physical examination before entering kindergarten. To download an exam form, click HERE.
Oftentimes, parents wonder if their child is ready for kindergarten. Your child should be physically, socially, and emotionally ready to start the school year.
